Where are you located
We are located on the waterfront in George Town on the second floor of Bayshore Mall, above Kirk Freeport. We are accessible by two staircases and two elevators (one by Cafe del Sol, the other by the waterfront).
Where do I park
We offer free, convenient parking behind Bayshore Mall, designated as “Customer Parking”. Please bring your parking ticket with you for validation at the front desk.
What health insurance do you accept
We accept most major Cayman based insurance. In an effort to support you, we will make a good faith attempt to verify your insurance benefits and provide an estimate of any out-of-pocket costs before your visit. However, insurance coverage can vary, and there are times when a provider may only pay a portion, or none, of the claim. When this happens, any remaining balance not covered by your insurer will be your responsibility. If you have any questions about your insurance coverage or any charges, our team is here to help.
What is your change and cancellation policy
We value your time and the time of our clinical team. To ensure we can continue to provide high-quality care to all patients, we ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if we receive notice more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
- A CI$50 fee will apply to any appointment cancelled or rescheduled between 24 and 12 hours prior to the appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment time, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full cost of the consultation.
This policy allows us to better serve all patients, including those who may be waiting for last-minute availability. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
